The project is an environmentally conscious hotel along the Hudson River next to the Culinary Institute of America, in the Town of Hyde Park, Dutchess County. The hotel will be located on CIA property and will include educational and joint programming with the CIA. The project consists of 162 hotel rooms and 6 villas with over 12,500 square foot of event space, food and beverage outlets, a restaurant, and a farm to table concept with a greenhouse. The hotel will focus on sustainability, health and wellness, and food and beverage. Providing quality design, amenities, and programming will attract visitors across demographics benefitting the proposed project and the surrounding community and businesses as well. The project will achieve LEED certification, promote workforce development, support education and blend into the surrounding environment. The project total investment is $97,572,391 and will create 277 net new jobs.
