Across three buildings on Catskill’s historic Main Street, a capital project supporting downtown revitalization will create a vibrant new destination for the Catskills and the overall region. The grantee will use the funds to support the construction/renovation of a 25-room select service hotel, as a part of the overall mixed- use multi-building project, establishing the only hotel in the Village of Catskill.
