Diversity Initiative Programming & Marketing

Adirondack Historical Association will conduct research into African Americans and Latinos perceptions of, and interest in, visiting the Adirondack Park and Adirondack Experience. The research will inform Adirondack Experience marketing strategies, program development, diversity training for staff, and the revision of recruiting policies and procedures. Research findings will be shared with organizations throughout the region.
