Expansion of Agricultural Producers Marketplace in Capital Region

To construct a new multi-use building, replacing an outdated open air pavilion, to be named Capital MarketPlace to be utilized by our farmer members who come from 15 counties surrounding the Capital District to wholesale locally grown flowers and produce. To launch a retail market for the public of the Capital District in the MarketPlace building to have a place where local produce, plants, eggs, meat, and baked goods can be purchased. To lease on a daily basis the new MarketPlace venue for regional/local events such as craft fairs with local artists, NY made beer/wine/mead/hard cider festivals, auto club shows, concerts, auctions, business meetings, seminars/learning/continuing education courses, and more. Expected completion of the above of May 2021
