Real Property: (warehouse and surrounding land 232, 000 sqft) will be leased specifically for Entourage Commerce DBA Pharmapacks, LLC. New Building: used as Pharmapacks main distribution center (including: recieving, picking and inventory storage), and for office (warehouse operation, logistics and inventory management for executive offices) will be overseen and done in conjunction with Heartland Corporate and Gerry Wolkoff. Machinery and Equipment: We will be acquiring a number of different types of equipment for the new facility. Namely, racking for stock all iventory, hvac equipment to temprature control the entire facility and poered equipment to fulfill all the recieving and picking for the operation. This facility will stock over 20,000 palettes holding 90% of all Pharmapacks inventory. Outcomes and Deliverables: Successful implementation of a new facility for our ongoing operations will be a considerable success for Entourage Commerce. We will be able to expand all departments, bring on additional manufacturers and brands, e, stock additional inventory and add new jobs
